2002 Kia Sportage, code comes up PO 128.

Question

Changed thermostat 3 times and sensor. New radiator, water pump, and replaced engine. Check engine light comes on after driving about 5 miles. If I don't get it reset, the light alternates between a bright glow and a dull glow. Any help would be appreciated.

you might have a bad coolant temp sensor or have wiring issue or bad connecting by the ECM, see diagnostic procedures below
