P0119 Engine coolant temperature circuit intermittent

Having a coolant temperature sensor being intermittent is not going to shut down the engine , it  will make run rough, there may be other  condition you may have, There is a radiator fill tank on the side you should be able to see the coolant level. If its in the correct level wait till the engine cools and restart.  Unless this engine has a CHT (cylinder head temperature ) sensor and it is running hot you would have a reduce power mode.
