p014c Code how to repair?

this code came on in my 2012 dodge ram 2500 diesel 6.7,slow o2 sensor, could it be due to bad diesel ?

This is not caused by bad diesel. The slow response for for the 02 sensor is a indication from soot build up to the 02 sensor module. Before any repair be made Dodge has put out a TSB about this condition.TSB #25-004-13. This is about replacing the 02 sensor connection. You also will be required to have a after treatment validation test performed to remove excessive soot (Which is the main cause of this code) .
