With Codes BO434 & B3531 is it possible its my rear heat/ac temp.control switch?

Question

I have no heat or ac in the rear. all modes are working, i can hear the blendoors working.
i understand there is a control box under pass, side wheel well. just not to sure if it would be this control moduale, or the switch itself up front.

B3531 Auxillary mode actuator

B0434 Auxillary air temperature actuator

This is not the switch or the control module this is for the blend door the blend door itself can be binding or the actuator itself is non functional.
