Circuit high this represent a disconnection of the sensor  This is a IAT that was circuit high input you can see the terminal spreaded out. and not making proper contact. this is some of the sample when it is circuit high condition. As for the FTP this sensor is on the fuel pump module.a disconnection of the harness can set the code condition or poor mating of the sensor, or even the sensor itself being open
