B1 running lean LTFT +17, ruled out A/F and O2 sensors as problem, no vac leaks cleaned and flowed injectors. B1 low on output by checking exhaust press. pulses at tail pipe. compression and cyl leakdown normal on all six cyls. verified timing and everything else you can think of. no performance issues at all just the CEL. need some fresh ideas. I am stumped as well as the diagnostic guru we have for just these situations. He is VERY good and is stumped also. any help would be greatly appreciated.

found the problem, just found out clutch was installed recently and the downstream O2 sensor harness was flipped around. both O2 sensors are the same number/interchangeable. was not able to tell anybody was working on it previously. Just goes to show a small mistake can cause major headaches and can be easly overlooked.

thanks for the response Reynaldo and giving your input!

P0137 Oxygen sensor circuit low voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P0158 Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

These code condition is for a electrical problem, High voltage is when the ECM is a disconnection . Low voltage is  improper voltage level ot the device is not proper connected or shorted.
