Nissan FairladyZ 2004. Central locking, passenger door fails to lock/unlock

Nissan FairladyZ 2004. On alarm remote driver door locks but passenger lock does not. On remote unlock both doors unlock (the passenger door being locked manually). Using the key the passenger door will not lock or unlock. Possible causes?
