How do i resolve error P0843 code in my 2009 honda accord car

Question

The check engine light and the D green drive light flashes, the car then drags and do not respond properly when the accelerator pedal is pressed. sometimes find it very difficult to climb a hill. what do i do?

2nd gear pressure switch might be bad if there is no wiring issue.
