p0720-Kia, I changed the output speed sensor still jerks badly.

Van was jerking badly not shifting, code came back p0720. Changed it still jerking code still says p0720? What could cause this?

P0720 Output shaft speed sensor system

Whenever P0720 code occur the transmission lock into 2nd or 3rd gear as a failsafe measure. If the transmission is jerky this  can be a condition where the transmission will need to be either replaced or overhauled . There is also the possibilty the input speed sensor should be replaced whenever the output is replaced.
