How do I get rid of code P2308

I have a 2006 Dodge Caravan 3.3l with code P-2308(secondary ignition coil C) . I've replaced the plugs,wires, and coil.I just replaced the PCM with a remanufactured unit and it still has code P2308.When I backprobe the wire at the PCM using a testlight it does not flash on/off like it does for the other coil driver wires What can it be?

Vehicle: 2006 Dodge Caravan 3.3l
