P1450 code..unable to bleed up. P144A code. Vapor line blocked. What is the remedy for these?

Question

Running along on interstate and fuel gauge went to empty. Pulled off and to a gas station. Ran rough for just a minute prior to shutting off to fill up. Filled up and then wouldn't start properly without me pumping gas repeatedly. Once filled up and got cranked the engine light came on and fuel tank level will only show a little over a quarter of a tank (know its full).
Has been running and idling fine but level not working properly and light on.
