I change the two sensors and I still get the code also the check engine shows up only when the weather is cold or chill when it's hot outside it doesn't pop up

did you reset the ECM after replacing the oxygen sensors? if not do that first, remove both battery terminals and connect them together with vise grip to clear everything from the member for an hour or so.

connect them back to the battery, start the car and let it idle for 10-15min dont drive the car.

if you can already done this see diagnostic procedures below.
