The P0171 and 174 codes are lean fuel mixture codes. When you have these codes at the same time it usually indicates a possible low fuel pressure issue or an intake manifold gasket leak. You can also get these codes when you have a bad mass air flow sensor. The P0420 is a catalytic converter code. This could be a result of the other issue, so fix that, then clear the codes. if the 420 comes back, you will likely need to replace the bank 1 catalytic converter.
