Check and inspect the connection of the 02 sensor Bank 2 sensor 2, Being at bank 2 is where cylinder 2 is located , being sensor 2 make this the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor, Having circuit high represent poor connection either at the sensor or the sensor itself.
