getting a P1633 - 2000 f450 v10 shut it off and it wont start

will start when I spay staring fluid and seams to have good fuel pressure

P1633 KAM (keep alive memory) voltage low

This code condition will not cause a hard to restart condition or even a no start.Having to use starting fluid is a indication of fuel pressure concern.the specification are Key on Engine Off  35 psi to 45 psi, With the engine running the specification are 28 psi - 45psi.
