2012 Ford F550 with engine code P206D. This code comes up now that the engine light is on. What could be the problem?

P206D Reductant quality sensor circuit high

Ford does not use P206D ,what they use is a reductant temperature sensor for the reductant heating and a ,fluid level sensor, and a Nox sensor, there is no quality sensor installed.
