U140B What is this code for in reference to 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo?

Question

We are having problems with the jeep shutting down upon acceleration to the interstate and all engine lights coming on. Took it to auto shop where they hooked it up to diagnostic computer and this is one of the codes they gave us along with these:
C1027
C1043
P0700
U1417
P0710
P0730
U140B

The transmission feels like it slips when we put it into gear, upon acceleration and when taking off from sitting at a red light.
