Dodge has prduced a TSB about this condition TSB # 21-009-02 which will involve the replacement of Transmission solenoid pressure / switch and the 10 way pigtail harness. Starting price is about  three hundred dollars this depends on the type of transmission that is used it is either a 42RLE or a 545RFE.
