Kia Sedona 2006 codes P2138 and 2106. Would this issue be at the throttle and not the pedal sensor?

The "ESC Off" light and CEL go on and the van will not accelerate. Is problem at throttle body or pedal sensor?

Hi there,

These need to be tested to determine which is the cause. The throttle is going to react to the inputs from the pedal position sensor. Since you have a code for both, then both need to be diagnosed properly to determine the cause.
