I have a 2008 ram 4.7. I'm getting a p0038 code. I've have 4 sensors, which one to I change?

P0038 -02 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 circuit High

Bank 1 is where cylinder number 1 is located , Sensor 2 are catalytic monitor sensor or the downstream 02 sensor which is after the catalytic convertor.
