P0757 Chevrolet - where is the solenoid located at

i have a 06 Chevrolet cobalt with a 2.2 and I need to know where the p0757 shift solenoid is located at in the transmission

P0757 2-3 shift solenoid (SS) valve perfomance -No third or Fourth gear.

The location of the 2-3 SS solenoid is at the transmission side cover.This may not be a solenoid condition . What is listed as 305 is the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoid. P0757 are usually a mechanical condition that exist in the transmission.
