2002 Toyota tundra v8 would overfilling with oil cause the engine light to come on?

The oil was overfilled by approx 1 quart Check engine light is on Could this be the problem?

what code do you have? I dont see any code.

Its possible overfilled oil can cause a problem. drain the 1 quart of oil out when the car is cool.
