P0651  5 volts refferrence 2 circuit

For the IAT this is a sensor that is disconnected For P0651 The 5 volts runs through the MAP , EGR Accelerator pedal position (APP) Rough road sensor ,FTP (fuel tank pressure sensor), For this code to occur the 5 volts is out of tolerance . To find this start with the MAP  MAP measure the 5 volts refference (You will be measuring for a short to ground) it should measure 4.8 to 5.2 volts repeat this step for the other sensor till you find the sensor out of range of its 5 volts (4.8 to 5.2) volts
