The code is for a #5 cylinder misfire.

There are several possible issues, the following should be checked in the order I am posting them:

Spark plug,

Spark plug wire,

Ignition coil

Intake manifold gasket for vacuum leaks.

Fuel injector

Engine compression.

Usually it's a plug wire or ignition coil causing the issue.
