P1126 - 08 Dodge 5.7l

Question

I lose throttle response and have to turn off truck and restart it. Happens at varying speeds but always when hitting a hard bump on the road. Truck stays running but no throttle. Already changed out the throttle body but still doing the same thing. I also get a "lightning bolt" symbol on the instrument panel when this happens.
