2002 Nissan frontier 3300 engine. DTC code P0505 and P0328

Question

I removed the upper plenium and cleaned the Idle air control and the throttle body and reassembled. The check engine light did not go off. Cleared with autoxray 6000. drove truck to work about 6.5 miles and shut it off. When I started the truck light came back on. I was told the AIC had to "relearn". How is this done?
Also have a P0328 code Knock sensor. I Think This can be fixed by changing the fuel filter?

After the idle air control valve or throttle are clean you have to do the relearn. See link below

The knock sensor code is caused by the other codes.
