1999 Honda Accord v6 3.0 code p0740

Question

I have a 1999 Honda accord with the check engine light on and the code is p0740 does this means that the transmission needs to be replace or is it a sensor that needs to be replace on the transmission.

was the torque converter also replaced?

the code says there is a problem to the torque converter locking up, is the transmission slipping?

I would check the fluid level and see if it is correct. and check the transmission lines and make sure they did not get bent during the installation.
