P2297 - 2007 aveo5

Question

My aveo has 13 codes 3 throttle body and 10 02 sensors p0031, p2106, p2110, p2101, p2297 twice, p0131, p0132, p0133, p0134 twice, p0138, p0137. It cuts out and jerks, my engine light blinks, looses power on hills. I just need to know what to start with first?

P2106 and P2110 These are TAC code this vehicle is in force limp mode, for the TAC code condition check the charging system at idle the battery voltage should be 2 volts above battery so this should have 14.volts . There has also been TSB that have been issued for this condition such as the fuel injector needing replacement when P0131 and P0133 codes in pair.  TSB # 08-06-04-027B
