i have these codes appearing on my scanner what are they?mis ccm,,,

engine runs fine with all torque as it should be,then it stumbles and trans doesnt shift right because of the engine missing not showing any codes other than egr which has been deleted

Vehicle: 2006 ford f350 super duty king ranch 6.0 diesel 4x4 dually

I would start by cleaning the EGR and its tubing they get clogged with carbon built up and can choke the engine.
