P0320 Ford -

car ran rough then stalled a couple times now wont start at all, code P0320 is displayed. turn engine over makes funny noises, sometimes will fire once but just for a couple seconds. what is the most likely cause ? I have a feeling it may have lost the timing belt, is that even a possible cause ?

P0320 Engine speed input / circuit

If it is making a funny noise then it can be.Inspect the timing belt, This is a interferrence engine if the timing belt breaks the cylinder valve can get damage.
