P2Ao4 code 2005 chevy silerado v6 4.6 changed the o2 sensor and the code still comes up what is the likely fix for this?

P2A04 H20S performance Bank 2 sensor 2

This code condition is for a transistion time, Being sensor this make it the catalytic monitor sensor or the downstream 02 sensor.Move this 02 sensor from bank 2 to bank 1. If the code moves to P2A01, the sensor is faulty. If it stays check the harness to the 02 sensor.
