Where is the Secondary Air Pump located on a Vortec 5.3L for a 99 GMC Sierra?

Service Engine Soon Light came on yesterday. Sears checked it and gave me a P1415 Code
No idea what this means, or how expensive it will be to fix.

The secondary air is used for cold start up to rapidly warm up the cataltyic by doing so it limits the amout of harmful emission that is emitted into the atmosphere.Thee are two secondary air pipe with a check valve, The secondary air hose in question is at Bank 1. With this code condition it may just be the check valve.The average cost is less than 65.00 dollors.
