My fan keeps running and there is a code of p0135 but I'm not sure what's wrong?

P0135 - 02 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater failure

Sensor 1 this make it a upstream 02 sensor or the upstream 02 sensor. having a heater failure is just that a failed 02 sensor this can be due to a shorted 02 sensor heater circuit to a open in the 02 sensor heater circuit. If the radiator cooling fan stay on even with the engine off and key removed this is a faulty ASD relay , In the engine fuse box (use the cover as a map) replace the ASD relay.
