I am getting codes 21 and 22 I was getting low voltage even with a new sensor changed the pigtail and now am getting the 21 code along with the 22

Code 21 TPS signal voltage high

Codes 22 TPS signal voltage low

Both these codes usually apear together Code 21 is code condition when the TPS is out of adjustment, code 22 is a short to groundor a missing 5 volt refference. If the pigtail is changed check for any crossed wire connection, especially at the pigtail there is a weather strip you may have to pull it back see if that area is crossed. Other than that you wire are crossed.
