Is the repair for a 2009 hhr 2.4 that has a engine code of p0013 & p0014 an expensive fix?

Had oil changed, then got gas and the check engine light popped on? Checked cap and drove a bit more and light went off. A few days later engine light popped back on. Brought a new gas cap, light still on. Had a diagnostic done and it came back with the engine codes of p0013 & p0014. Is this an expensive fix?

P0013 Exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid control circuit

P0014 Intake camshaft position actuator solenoid control circuit

This is not a expensive fix but it is common for one actuator to go out, If both are out check the oil level, change oil and filter even if you change both actuator.
