This code condition is usually with P1129 , if this is the only code condition you have the 02 sensor is not achieving the proper cycling. Check the harness for any disconnection or corroded connection before replacing the 02 seensor (upstream)If you are recieving P1128 and P1129 the thermostat and the cooling system needs to be throughly inspected.This make and model uses a plastic vane waterpump that does have poor pumping circulation.
