I got the codes 118, 122, 327 on my 1995 Ford F350 5.8L

118 Engine coolant temperature circuit above maximum voltage

122 Throttle position(TPS) circuit below minimum voltage

327 Exhaust gas recirculation valve position sensor circuit above maximum voltage

When ever there is a code that states above maximum voltage the connector to the sensor is disconnected a reconnection or a wire connection repair is the solution the connection is open to the sensor. As for the TPS this is a common wear when it is below minimum it can no longer contribute to the engine management system
