P0455 Hyundai -

Question

The P0455 code comes up on my 2002 Hyundai Sonata V6. Is this a known issue? Has Hyundai published any service bulletins on trouble code P0455? The only thing I know for certain is that I don't know anything for certain. Thanks.

P0455 Evaporative emission control system leak detected (gross leak)

This is a known code for any vehicle you can get this code when a fuel cap is not properly seated or even not on. Check the fuel fill cap there is a seal if it is worn or have crack replace the fuel cap.
