P0609 - on a peugeot 307

Question

i am getting this error code on a friends car but i don't know how to interpret this code i have the equipment to get the codes etc but not yet had the time to learn what it all means as yet he has taken it to 2 garages but they haven't given him a solution yet can you help

i have attached 3 images of the results of the diagnostic i run on his car

also if you could could explain any parts of the diagnostic results so i can better interprit them next time round that would be much appreciated

i can replace anything on the car mechanical wise clutch plates gear boxes head gaskets but the computer side of things im a complete novice.
