My 2008 Frontier shows P0447

Question

It's the Evaporative emission-Systme Vent Control-open circuit.
I've googled it and the problem doesn't seem to be a issue I just ignore it. Is that correct?

The code wont cause any engine performance problems, but with the engine light on and that code present, your Frontier will fail the smog test.
