Ford focus- 2007 1.6 tdci how to fix fault code p0405

how can i fix this problem code, its described as sensor A circuit low and the engine's power and turbo boost is low and sometimes does not occur, however when it does, it boosts at around 2500rpm or higher @11psi-14psi.
Please help.
