my 2002 f-250 super duty not getting power to fpr

it is not showing any codes 11.7 volts to fuel cut off and fuel but not any to fpr it has the 5.4

When you mention FPR do you mean "fuel pump relay" a faulty inertia switch may contribute to this condition.and so could a faulty PCM relay.
