Do I replace the MAF or the IAT?

The Intake Air Temperature sensor is integrated within the Mass Air Flow sensor within my 2002 Nissan Sentra (SE-R 2.5L) I'm getting an error code for the Temp Sensor, but not the MAF so I was wondering if I am able to buy the IAT, would there be a way to install it into the MAF or would I need to order an entire MAF.

Unfortunately you can't buy just the IAT sensor, you need to buy the entire MAF. Before you replace the MAF, make sure the sensor is secure and there is nothing obstructing the airflow through the sensor. If possible clean the sensor with MAF sensor cleaner.
