1999 Infinity QX4, 367,000 miles - code P0420 - Help

My 1999 Infinity QX4, 367,000 miles has code P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1. I'm tight on cash right now, so can I replace only the Bank 1 (Right side) for now? Any other options? eBay has for $135 + $23 Shipping. Fits my car, new part. Any reservations? Any tips?

You can replace one side, Those catalytic converter are priced low because they dont last very long.

You can read reviews online and see what people think. The factory catalytic converter is over $800 and will last a very long time so if you just need it to pass smog you can replace it with a cheap one
