the dealership said my catalytic efficiency low-bank 1 was not working properly. was wondering how to fix it.

if there is no physical damage to the catalytic converter and there are no exhaust leaks and no other engine lights on, most likely it catalytic converter is bad.

you can try to do an intake flush, use a good fuel system cleaner and use 91 octane fuel from shell.

catalytic converter going bad is commonly cause by low octane fuel, not burning as good as 91 octance and leaving deposits in the catalytic converter that can clogg and overheat the catalytic converter
