My husband bought me this car but the service engine light came on shortly after purchasing it. The Code is P1140 which said H2O sensor bank 1 sensor 2 no conductivity. Of course we was told the sensor was bad so we had it replaced. But shortly after driving it home the check engine light came back on with the same code and with a new sensor. What is causing this issue? The garage said it should have fixed the problem, but it hasn't. Can you please give me any suggestions. It's a 2002 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.3 lit motor gas only.

P1140 H02S transition time ratio Bank 1 Sensor 2

Sensor 2 is a catalytic monitor sensor or the downstream sensor, for this code condition to occur there is high resistance what a high resitance is are poor connection this can be along the harness of the 02 sensor or the connection and even  the sensor itself.
