Got my 2007 f150 tuned up now I have a p0420 code on my check engine

I got my trucked tuned up Got plugs changed and injectors cleaned throttle body cleaned now I get a p 0420 engine code does any body have any suggestions

P0420 Catalytst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 1 )

Do a MAF (mass air flow) cleaning beside the throtttle body cleaning.This code condition could just pended during the fuel injector cleaning and the throttle body cleaning.
