2002 mecury cougar IMRC actuator wiring

Question

Is there a wiring diagram for the IMRC actuator harnass. I've changed the actuator and made sure all the clips was in the runners. Took off the top of intake and cleaned it out, but ill p1520 code appears only other option I can think of is a bad electrical connection. Is there a wiring diagram to go off of to check it? or what wire is ground and can you cut the ground wire and re run a new ground to fix the problem?

P1520 IMRC runner control circuit malfunction

The ground wire is the BK / WH this is chassis ground and yes you can rerun a new ground for it. The IMRC should rotate as you accelerate the the throttle. Check its function snap the throttle open and the IMRC should open close.P1520 usually indicates a faulty IMRC actuator this codes when the linkage falls out of place.or it just doesnt open
