I took my SHO on the freeway for about 5 miles. I parked it and upon restart the service engine light was on. It stayed on for 3 days and went out. This happened just after I fueled it. Two weeks later I fueled again, took it on the same 5 mile run, and had the same thing happen. I took it to a mechanic and they said it was the emissions system (code P0114). They couldn't find anything diagnostically wrong with the system, so they manually pumped air into it. They reported they heard a late pop, and believed it to be a sticky diverter valve. They looked for this discontinued part, with no luck, and then turned the search over to me. I have spent around 12 hours online looking for the part. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this part, substitute it or bypass it? Keep in mind I am not a mechanic.

P0114 Intake air temperature sensor circuit intermittent

This is for the air intake temperature sensor being intermittent, when the sensor is intermittent check the connector to the sensor more than likely it has a loose connection to it.You probable may not need to purchase any part just make sure the connection to is properly mated.
