have codes po351 & po352 on Mazda b 2300 2.3 ford motor Hard to start runs bad fuel pressure 32-40 psi start run and clear codes start again codes come back

yes it very possible, due to the age of the car I would replace both and maybe replace spark plugs and wires if you have not replaced them in the last 50k miles
